Guys. I know. Erectile dysfunction is one of the worst aspects of growing old. 70% of the guys my age have it. Well, in this video, I’ll reveal my own strategies for dealing with it. There are several and by using all of them, I have the best erections I’ve had in 30 years. In today’s video, I’m, going to circle back to a topic that I’ve covered several times in the past,, but not recently. And, that’s Erectile Dysfunction. As we grow older,. This is one of the most common, and most disheartening, symptoms of aging that a man can have. And the older we get,, the more common it is. ED affects as much as 52% of all men,, with 40% of men who are in their 40’s experiencing a loss of erectile function. But. By the time a man reaches 70,. That number has climbed to 70%.. Erectile dysfunction has been clinically defined as a condition where “a man can’t achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance.” As, a man ages, his erections become less firm,, take longer to rise and tend to disappear. More easily. Now,. Some sources claim that this is inevitable and it doesn’t constitute erectile dysfunction,, but rather “erectile dissatisfaction.” But, if you’re a guy who can’t perform at a level that is satisfactory to either you or your mate,. The definition is less likely to be as important as finding a cure. But before we get to that, let’s. Take a couple of minutes to delve into the biology of an erection.. An erection occurs when the erectile tissue in your penis become engorged with blood and expands. But, the clinical name, for it is vasocongestion. And it’s, caused by nerve impulses that come as a response to stimuli from one of two locations in the spinal cord. The. First of these is the sacral erection center, located at the base of the spine,, and it responds to direct physical stimulation of the penis.. This is stimulation that is physiological in nature. The. Second spinal cord location is the thoracolumbar erection, center, and it’s located higher in the spine. Now,. This location responds to nerve impulses that are derived from sights,, sounds, or fantasies that are sexually arousing, and are stimuli that are psychological in nature. Regardless of the stimulus,. The erection centers signal the endothelial tissue, which line the veins of the erectile tissue in the penis to release Nitric Oxide, or NO. Now,. This is critical and we’ll come back to NO in a few minutes. The release of NO causes an increase in a chemical compound called cyclic, Guanosine, MonoPhosphate, or cyclic-GMP. Cyclic-GMP causes the smooth muscles of the arteries in the erectile tissue to relax,, and this allows the blood to rush in. This increased volume (up to 6X the normal amount) is what causes the erection, also called tumescence. The sudden swelling also causes the veins that carry the blood out of the penis to collapse, trapping the blood in the penis and sustaining the erection. Now, cyclic-GMP is broken down, or degraded, by an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type, 5, or PDE5,, which is naturally expressed in the smooth muscles of the erectile tissue. As long as the sexual arousal,, either physiological or psychological,. Continues,. Nitric oxide is continually released, keeping levels of cyclic-GMP high and overcoming the degrading effects of the PDE5. But. Once sexual arousal ends,, as with ejaculation,, the release of nitric oxide falls off and the PDE5 takes over,. Relaxing the veins of the erectile tissue, allowing the blood to drain from the penis. This mechanism is call detumescence. So, in order to get and maintain a normal erection,. You need 3 things: sexual stimulation,, healthy endothelial cells, capable of releasing nitric oxide…, and you want to block the release of phosphodiesterase as long as possible. OK,. So now that we know how an erection, happens, let’s discuss what causes an erection to not happen… what causes ED? Well,, it comes down to two primary causes, and those are either physiological or psychological.. If it’s physiological,, meaning that there’s a problem with your plumbing…, something in your body isn’t functioning properly, and there are a number of conditions that could be the underlying cause. If you’re, like most men,, something in the chain of events that leads to an erection isn’t working like it’s supposed to. Usually,, either the endothelial tissue isn’t producing enough nitric, oxide, or you’re unable to block the production of PDE5. Or,. It could be that you have low testosterone,, another major factor in ED. And. A lot of this can be caused by some aspect of your lifestyle that needs correcting., If it’s psychological,, meaning that it’s a mental or emotional issue and that there’s a problem with your libido,. Then it could be caused by past trauma or some other emotional reason. Here’s. The good news. In. My personal approach to correcting ED, I, take care of all these issues,, both physiological and psychological: I address lifestyle,, boosting testosterone, levels,, lack of nitric oxide, blocking PDE5, and cranking up the libido. So let’s tackle these issues, one at a time, starting with lifestyle. I, think that it kinda goes without saying that as a person who is trying to turn back the clock on aging, I live a really healthy, lifestyle. First off, I eat really good food. I avoid things like refined, sugars and overly processed foods. I eat organic, whole foods that I prepare myself. I eat lots of veggies,, healthy fats and I watch. My protein intake. I also work out. Quite a bit. First off, working out allows me to be healthy enough to engage in sexual activity. But. It also really boosts my testosterone. Production. Which is the next topic. I want to tackle.. Since testosterone play a huge role in the proper functioning of so many things,, including the reproductive equipment,. Optimizing. Your hormone production is key. So,, like I said,, I work, out. I also lost a lot of weight,, which ties back into nutrition and exercise.. Being overweight is one of the worst things you can do to your testosterone. I eat foods that support my T levels. (Nutrition, again) and I avoid foods that are toxic to testosterone. Production, like flax, mints,, soy and foods that contain estrogen. I also avoid endocrine disruptors,, which are also toxic to testosterone.. I, try to eliminate stress from my life and get plenty of high quality, sleep, and I supplement with substances that promote hormone health.. Now,. Remember earlier, when I said that we’d get back to nitric, oxide? Since it’s such a critical component in the erection, cycle, I want to make sure that my endothelial cells are conditioned to produce as much nitric oxide as possible. And there’s, an exercise that does just that. It’s call the Nitric Oxide, Dump, or N.O.D.,. It takes about 5 minutes to complete and it’s done 3 times a day. This exercise does just what it says, it dumps. Nitric oxide into your system.. It takes a couple of hours to replenish nitric oxide supplies in your endothelial tissue,, so you wait at least 2 hours between each session of N.O.D., By dumping, nitric oxide into your bloodstream,, replenishing it and then dumping it again, and doing this 3 times a day,. You can condition your body to becoming really good at producing nitric, oxide. The next thing I do is to improve my libido, and I use a peptide called PT-141 to accomplish this. It’s, also called Bremelanotide. Now, I get my PT-141 from sources in China,, so yeah, I’m, taking a bit of a risk. But I found a source that produces PT-141. That seems to be pretty darned effective. Now, YouTube won’t. Allow me to disclose my sources for PT-141,, but it’s pretty easy to find. Or,. If you go to my “About” page,, you can find my email, address. Drop me a line, and I’ll shoot you a link. Now, it’s, not for everyone. First off,. You have to inject it, like insulin. But, as of last year, PT-141 was approved by the FDA for the treatment of low libido in women.. I’Ve heard that it’s just a matter of time before it’s also approved for men,, bu t I can tell you…it works. Just fine in men. It goes by the brand name of Vyleesi,, but it’s really expensive,, so I think I’ll, stick to my source in China. The last thing: I want to talk about is the most common cure for ED, and that’s taking Viagra or Cialis. I. Take them both,, since they work differently under different circumstances.. Viagra is pretty fast acting, but it doesn’t last very long,, so I take the “little blue pill” when it’s a more spontaneous situation. Cialis works slower, but lasts a lot. Longer, up to 36, hours. So I. Take that when I can plan for a longer encounter, say over the weekend., Both Viagra and Cialis, and Levitra, for that matter, are PDE5. Blockers. They block the production of PDE5,, which in turn makes my erections last longer., But they’re, not very effective. If you have a difficult time getting erections in the first place, and they don’t work for about 50% of men. Now,, you could try any of these strategies and probably see some improvement. But I’ve found that by implementing ALL of them, I’ve pretty much cured, erectile dysfunction…, at least in my case. As. They say, results, may vary. Like I said earlier,. what does watch your protein intake mean ??? meaning eat more or less???

do you think diet has an effect on ED? my blood pressure and blood sugar have been high so i just got put on meds last week . I’m 46 and staring to have issues . Sometimes pt 141 works but sometimes it doesn’t especially with alcohol. Cialis and Viagra don’t seem to help much either . oddly enough sometimes those gas station bonner pills work pretty good not sure why
