to hold in a fart. So for a complete kegel perform all these
3 parts. Smoothly: pull in your penis,, stop the imaginary stream of urine and clench your
anus. Hold, all 3 together, clench as hard as you
can for about 5 seconds and then relax for 5. This exercise will improve the strength, of
your erections and you should perform at least 10 of these kegels in a row.. Next, perform the same kegel, but this time
you’ll be holding in for at least 30 seconds. When holding your kegel for a longer period
of time,. You only need to use about 50% of the strength that you were using. Before. So again,, pull in your penis,, stop the stream
of urine and clench your anus, and then hold for at least 30 seconds.. This kind of kegel will help you with maintaining
erections for longer. And. You should perform at least 10 repetitions. Finally, you’ll need to perform a relaxation
exercise, also sometimes called a ‘reverse kegel’. In order to do that,, relax your body, slow
down and deepen your breathing and place your attention in your pelvic area. Now,, with every exhale, keep letting go of
any tension in your pelvic floor, muscles. Almost, as if you were bearing down to urinate,
but without actually putting any pressure on these muscles. Just, simply relaxing, letting go and softening
all of this area. Take at least 10 slow, relaxed breaths here,
while, fully releasing any tension from your genitals. And. If all else fails, make sure to speak
to your doctor. If, the problem is physiological,. A medical

Hi Helena! I’ve taken one of your courses and I’ve been fairly open about choosing to be single over the last 20 years. Until recently, I haven’t been completely honest. Since I was a teen, I’ve had trouble with erectile dysfunction. Even when I lost my virginity at 16, that experience started okay, but it wasn’t but a minute or two into it before I was unable to maintain an erection. Dating through my twenties was hit and miss on okay to no erection. By okay, I struggle to get a condom on or sometimes am unable. I don’t think I’ve remained erect through intercourse ever. What finally led to me just focus on masturbation was when I had lower back surgery when I was 27. After that, I not only had difficulty with erections, but I couldn’t move well or at all. That’s when I made the decision to be single and focus on myself without disappointing someone which hurt me emotionally even more. For twenty years, this was fine. Occasionally, I would attempt to have sex, but it typically wasn’t good. I studied masturbation for that time, starting with Betty Dodson’s book
“Sex for One
” and then in 2020, I took your Masturbation Coaching course that was a paradigm shift after I thought I knew pretty much everything. Part of the reason I studied so much was that I had to learn to have an orgasm without an erection. Through perineal massage and prostate massage combined with stimulating the penis, it is achievable and can be quite amazing. Unfortunately, it takes a really long time and effort. Because I’m thoughtful, I didn’t pursue partners because I thought it would get better some day or I would eventually make enough income to afford the treatments that are all expensive. However, a few years ago, I felt like I missed the train. Since I haven’t had any significant relationships and I’m 47 with a worse condition than I’ve ever had, my future looks lonelier than my past. Sometimes, it feels like there is some cosmic practical joke, and I’m the punch-line. Like my back that prevents me from running, lifting, and doing physical activities that I used to do. I’m six foot three inches tall, 245 pounds, and I am not supposed to be lifting anything over 29 or 30 pounds. When I walk in a room and meet someone new, so often they ask,

” When I meet women it seems to be some continuation of that. Everything looks like it’s in place and good to go, but it doesn’t work and is a façade or illusion.
