Don't Let Porn ruin Your Sex Life! Try Viagra Today!

If you're struggling with porn-induced erectile dysfunction, you may be wondering if Viagra is a good idea. Read on to learn more about this condition and how Viagra may be able to help.

Porn-Induced Erectile Dysfunction: Is Viagra a Good Idea?

It’s no secret that many men struggle with erectile dysfunction (ED). And while there are many potential causes of ED, one that’s often overlooked is porn-induced erectile dysfunction (PIED).

Though it’s not yet recognized as a formal diagnosis by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), PIED is a real and growing problem. In fact, a recent study found that nearly 8% of young men in the U.S. suffer from PIED.

So what exactly is PIED? Put simply, it’s when a man has difficulty getting or maintaining an erection due to viewing too much pornography. The problem is that over time, men who regularly view pornography desensitize themselves to its effects. As a result, they need more and more graphic material to become aroused.

This can lead to erectile dysfunction when they try to have sex with a real-life partner, as they can’t get aroused by anything less than what they’ve been viewing.

There are a number of potential treatments for PIED, but one that’s becoming increasingly popular is Viagra. Viagra is a medication that’s typically used to treat ED. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis, which helps to achieve and maintain an erection.

While Viagra may be an effective treatment for PIED, it’s important to remember that it’s not a cure. Viagra will only help if you’re suffering from PIED due to a physical cause, such as poor blood flow. If the cause of your PIED is psychological, such as anxiety or stress, then Viagra is unlikely to be effective.

If you’re struggling with PIED, it’s important to talk to a doctor or sex therapist. They can help you identify the cause of your problem and find an appropriate treatment.

Porn induced erectile dysfunction is Viagra, a good
idea, I’m dr trish leigh, cognitive neuroscientist and sex addiction, recovery coach, let’s break
it down in this video. First, let’s talk about what causes porn-induced erectile dysfunction,
secondly, we’ll discuss Viagra, how it works, and is it a good idea for the thing that causes
porn-induced, erectile dysfunction and then third, what you can do to help your cause in a natural
way in the long run? Okay, so number one. What causes porn-induced erectile dysfunction? What causes it
is that the reward center in your brain becomes desensitized over time because of the heightened
arousal that your brain has been conditioned to become used to and then need higher amounts of
okay. So what do I mean by that? What I mean is when you consume pornography, your brain will build
a tolerance level to whatever you’re watching and then before it. Your brain will need
higher levels of arousal and that’s when you’ll find yourself clicking into a new tab that brings
you to a new land of new stuff to consume in your pornography habit. Now that stuff is designed, it’s
there intentionally a discussion for a different day, but it’s there intentionally to bait. You
into higher levels of mental arousal. So when that happens, you’re basically desensitizing the reward
center in your brain because you’re giving it this super normal stimulus and then you’re escalating,
what you’re watching so that stimulus becomes even higher. So now, it’s time to be with your partner.
Who is a normal stimulus and you can’t have an erection to be with her. So that is what the
problem is. Your brain’s conditioned to get all that arousal in the screen. So then, when
you’re with a human being who’s, not a super normal stimulus, it literally is not the same and
you cannot get to where you need to go in terms of arousal. Okay, that’s number one. What causes
porn-induced erectile dysfunction? Number two is what does Viagra do to combat that? Well, Viagra
acts as a band-aid, so it’s artificially creating relaxation of the muscles and increased blood
flow to your penis. So what that means is that will create an erection. But the problem is it’s not
having your brain become aroused in a natural way to your partner or to the the real life
sexual experience that you’re about to have so it’s a band-aid. You might be able to use
it to get where you need to go in the moment, but you’re, not rewiring your brain or retraining,
your brain to become aroused by your partner or by a real life, sexual experience and especially
if you’re still staying in the screen with that heightened arousal. That is going to
continue to create problems for you over time. So can you use it if you have a hot friday night,
date with your honey so that you can make that date happen? Yes, is it going to solve your problem
in the long run? Absolutely not the thing that’s going to solve your problem in the long run is
re-sensitizing your brain to normal, healthy levels of arousal and the way that you do that that’s
number, three, your brain tip strategy for the day is to stop going into the screen. Stop fantasizing
stop euphoric, recall of past scenarios that you have viewed or experienced that give you that
heightened level of arousal that massive dopamine delusion to your brain. You need to cut that off.
Because, that’s! What’s desensitizing your brain simultaneously, it’s important to re-sensitize your
brain! So if you have a partner or even if you want a partner, you have to practice getting aroused
by your partner and by the real life experiences. So the better option is to not use
Viagra and take the slower road to healing your brain by creating new healthy levels,
of arousal. So what does that? Look like it’s friday night! You got that hot date with your honey
and now, instead of taking a Viagra and going at it in terms of performance
trying to recreate what you’ve seen in the scene. Instead, now it’s having vulnerability, sharing
what’s going on with you having slower time, building arousal and, at the same time that’s
re-sensitizing, your brain, that’s the work that brings your brain back online now. I know
that’s not the work that many men want to do, but that’s what heals your brain from porn induced
erectile dysfunction, so practicing healthy levels of arousal, while staying out of the screen is
the number one thing you can do at the same time. There’s one more tip for you today is that
you can use your work and your hobbies and your relationships in terms of friendships and building
intimacy to re-sensitize your brain simultaneously. So when you work at something and it’s a bigger
goal or a bigger project- and you take small steps towards achieving it, you’re teaching
your brain that small rewards are rewarding towards a big reward. Now this is different than in
a sexual experience, but it can also work overtime to heal your brain and to re-sensitize your
brain to take small rewards towards a big reward and you’re doing the same thing when you’re
building, healthy arousal in the bedroom, so small acts of intimacy and and sexual experiences,
and physicality those become arousing to you, the small things, the medi things, the healthy big
things, not the super normal things and teaching your brain over time that this is what arouses
you. You can do that in many ways. Okay, I hope that helps you out and if you’re looking for help on
this journey, please go over to drtrishleigh.com, I’m there for you, I’d love to help and until
next time control your brain or it’ll control. You.

LOL, until recently I hadn’t realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it’s a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow… go’ogle Mario’s Thunderous Erections, you’ll see why it’s so much easier and potent now!

A clear, mature, awkwardness free explanation or, in a nutshell, simply professional.

Ok exactly WHAT I am supposed to do if I lost all physical attraction to my wife, many many years ago and cannot just “force” myself to be attracted to someone I feel no physical attraction to? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated

It all come down to the partner , if had previous partners who have got angry if I wasn’t ready to go straight away ,also a lot of people feel the need to be drunk or had a drink before sex , this really makes it worse for me , and in these situations I’ve had to resort to Viagra and even then it’s not always worked

You are 100% right.
Thanks

Please today answer my questions.

This is kind of off topic but, can watching porn desensitize your brain so much that you end up watching different genres just to get that same high or excitement?

very glad i found this channel

You gotta leave Porn Brain Rewire as the channel’s title.

I have amazing news !!!! Yesterday I had sex with a girl I’m dating and for the first time in years I was able to feel some sensation. The same sensation I remember feeling when I last came during sex… it was light sensation. But it was there. I have 3 weeks since I last masturbated or watched porn. Haven’t even played with my junk other than shake it when I’m done pissing. I love and miss that feeling and I am glad to say I’ll never watch porn again. I’m excited to see what 3 more weeks will do for me….. good bless u Doctor for what ur doing. I went to doctors and they didn’t know what was wrong with me. They just told me to not think about it and relax during sex :(

please do a video on escorts vs porn. I know a lot of guys (including myself) that would use escorts as a replacement for porn.

I have a question:
I am 20 years old and a few years ago I was probably addicted to porn and masturbation. Lately I limited masturbation to several times every 2 months, sometimes less often (one time it was once after 10 months). I don’t want to do it at all (for religious reasons) and I don’t have a sexual partner now (and probably for next few years – until i get married). Are there any different methods to express our sexuality in a healthy, sufficient way? If not, can we live without it normally, in mental health, accepting it as a kind of austerity?

Good teacher
