We will look at six practical things, natural things, no drugs here that you can do to drastically improve erectile dysfunction and improve the strength of your erection. You fix this in six weeks or less guaranteed. Erectile dysfunction is a medical condition where the man finds it difficult to achieve or to maintain good erection. Now it is okay, if you have weak erection once in a while, but if you start having it consistently, especially back to back, then there is a problem somewhere and we need to fix it. Eat right, eat foods that will improve your testosterone and avoid foods and substances that will reduce your testosterone or increase negative hormones. Don’t worry, I’ll, explain, cut down or cut off completely reduce or remove sugar and other sweet things from your meals.
